The owner Quintin Portillo has been working on roofs since the age of 14 as his father owns a roofing company in California. Upon moving to Las Vegas, Quintin became licensed to install solar panels and worked with one the largest solar installers in Las Vegas. Realizing how bad pigeons infest Las Vegas roofs and solar panels, he spent 4 years as a full-time pest control operator and pigeon specialist. After hundreds of completed pigeon services it was time to start his own company, Pigeon Department Las Vegas.
